# Data Management and Access

1. **Data Submission**: Residents submit foodborne illness reports through the widget.
2. **Secure Storage**: Data is stored in a secure database, with access restricted to authorized county personnel.
3. **Ring-Fenced Data**: For data originated by your embedded form, access is automatically ring-fenced to your jurisdiction.

### Accessing the Data

Your county can access and review the data through a secure portal provided by [Iwaspoisoned.com](http://iwaspoisoned.com/). This portal allows you to:
