With the significance of indexing explained, we now turn to the specific composition of the indexes employed in our benchmarking process. We have developed two primary types of indexes that provide both comprehensive industry benchmarks and customized peer comparisons:

1. IWP Restaurant Index:

   • Based on a carefully selected cross-section of major household name US food chains.

   • Represents diverse food types and service models

   • Encompasses over 70,000 restaurant locations across all U.S. states

   • Provides a broad industry benchmark

2. Custom Peer Index:

   • Tailored for companies seeking to compare their performance against selected peers.

   • Allows selection of peers based on factors such as size, menu type, operational model, or other relevant similarities.

   • Provides more direct comparison for internal benchmarking and strategic analysis
